Description
An ocean view with a sand dune and palm tree are featured in this oil painting. The view is at Fort Lauderdale Beach in Florida. I worked from a pencil sketch that I did on location in the morning. The dunes have a nice variety of grasses and bushes along with palm trees. The ocean was calm with very little wind. Painted wet into wet with visible brush strokes.
