Bright Lauderdale beach morning along A1A is the scene in this 16″ x 30″ oil on canvas. This original oil painting shows the NE 9th St. beach entrance. A row of blue beach umbrellas and lounge chairs are lined up on the sand.
Inspiration
Due to the bright morning sunlight there are intense colors at Ft Lauderdale Beach. A few people have arrived for a day at the beach. A bicycle is leaning against a light post. Streetlights, crosswalks and signs give direction day and night along this busy road. Capturing that bright light on canvas was my inspiration for this original oil painting.
