Description
This original oil painting features the Connecticut River Museum in Essex, CT. When I was sailing by on a large yacht I noticed the boat “Quinnipiac” was docked at the museum. I later painted the scene in oil and I included a few people outside the museum along the riverfront. Click on the image to view a larger version.

Living by the sea inspires P.J. to paint the rolling surf, shorebirds, and ever-changing skies along the coast. She paints along Connecticut’s Long Island Sound and Florida’s southeastern shore.
